If there’s something that’s been happening over and over, reframe it and think about that. Dream, talk about it, write about it and watch it happen.
Break out of the box, try something totally different, and be overwhelmed with joy when you find something that fits just for you and has your name on it.
That taught the power of intent, of being focused and believing in yourself strong enough to make the moves to actually make it happen.
You know you’re doing it right when you feel good afterwards, that’s how you know your meditation has been successful when you feel good afterwards.
It’s not just positive thinking, it is triggering your mindset and everything else that goes along with it, that will give you the inspiration and the actions to make the new reality really happen.
You’ve got to find a way to be kind, loving, and forgiving to yourself, and then being that way to other people is a natural benefit of that.
Start lifting physical weights and see how much easier it will be to lift yourself up into the position that you really want to be in.
It helps me to relax, it helps me to focus, and it helps me to know that everything’s going to be okay.
Note to self and to you, if you ever go rock climbing, stretch out really well at the end.
