Disappointed. First off, the product is NOT RED like the photo indicates. It’s more of a mahogany color. It’s pretty, but I was wanting it to be as red as the picture, to be used for an accent color. Mahogany just doesn’t do it.But the real problem was the construction. The screw holes did not line up. It was physically impossible to build it. What happened here??
It’s easy to assemble if you actually remember to follow directions. Alignment is key to get things put together. The capacity is true to picture. And it seems comfortable to sit on for a variety of people. I’d say max weight so far in the 260lb range although that’s not what it shows as recommended. Also, it’s not the bright red that I was hoping. Really look at the pictures from others in here as it is definitely leans more burgundy. I still like it, just not the color as depicted. Still, I love it!
I read the reviews and realized it was not coming in that bright red, and I was happy with the darker red color anyways. It was easy to put together and does it’s job in the back mud room. Bonus was it had shoe holders underneath for any extra shoes. Other then that very happy with this item
