Great for keeping water from boiling in a hot car. The metal/bamboo lid needs work. Today we had to pull over on the highway so we could strangle the container for all the metal to metal jiggling it does. We have rubber bands around the container but they seem to move out of place. Of course trying to strangle it didn't help so we tried stuffing the open area of the handle with a sock. That muffled it somewhat. I bought this because I don't like plastic but now it looks like the only quiet lid option.
Awesome package deal! Cute, well made. I will admit there's one at the local sporting goods store that did keep her drink/water cold longer, but it cost A LOT more money, and this worked well enough and kept her water cold long enough that she/I was completely happy with this purchase
AWESOME bottle and doesn't sweat! I have a Hydroflask and bought this one to have an extra bc I read the reviews and it really is exactly like my Hydroflask. It has that same interior insulation and it doesn't sweat at ALL on the outside. You can put ice in this thing at 8 in the morning, let it sit in your hot car on a sunny day, and at 5 o'clock there will still be full ice in it. It's fantastic.Positive:--keeps water VERY chilled for a very long time--doesn't sweat--looks great--has a screw top that doesn't leak--is much cheaper than the similar HydroflaskNegative:--you will have no need to use the included black carrying case thingy. I have never used it ever. You don't need it bc the bottle doesn't sweat and it maintains the cold temp.
